Activate Potentials will issue a full or partial refund (determined on a case by case basis) for the last subscription fee to a client per request, in the following cases:

  • If a system which was subscribed to, fails to connect to Activate Potentials for a period of 72 hours.
  • If a system stops trading for longer than usual based on its trading activity (Partial refund, based on usage).
  • If a subscriber is unable to make use of a new subscription and notifies Activate Potentials within 48 hours of subscribing.

If you are not satisfied with the product and meet the above conditions, we provide a refund or exchange for another service in our range of services. The buyer is obliged to contact us via email or phone +386 40 166 391 and request a return of the product.
