Activate Potentials will issue a full or partial refund (determined on a case-by-case basis) to the client for the last subscription upon request, in the following cases:

If the subscribed system fails to connect to Activate Potentials within 72 hours.
If the system stops trading longer than usual based on its trading activity (Partial refund, based on usage).
If the subscriber cannot use the new subscription and informs Activate Potentials within 48 hours of the subscription.
